Hi Shapiro,
We have to wait for Brainbom to release a caboose object first. I cannot add a texture to something that does not exist within RtR.

Will be a good observer car. Before i forget to ask,: Di you ask about japanese rolling passenger stock as the shinkansen with the legendary HIKARI-GOO ? The Flagship on the shinkansenline
PS:In the PM for you i´ll ask you an other thing ya? _________________ for next time and thanx Peter

Would it be possible to black in the doors to some box cars so they would look open, then could have them in loading bays with workmen emptying them.

Hi Peter,
To answer your question about whether that yellow car in Shapiro's signature file is a caboose; yes, it is.

Hi Peter,
I grabbed the following from Wikipedia:
Quote: |
A caboose (US railway terminology) or brake van or guard's van (British terminology) is a manned rail transport vehicle coupled at the end of a freight train. Although cabooses were once used on nearly every freight train in North America, their use has declined and they are seldom seen on trains, except on locals and smaller railroads. |
The remainder of the article I quoted can be found at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Caboose

Hi chris,
in the sixties i´d see a car here same as a chaboose, other a little bit had cabin on end and was build mainly as mailcar in a goodtrain and for breaking the cars in train, thru a trainphone the breaker knows, when he has to pull or release breaks. On that car are 2 or 3 persons,1 mailworker and 1-2 breakers.
Thanks for that link _________________ for next time and thanx Peter
