Hi Peter,

That's basically the A and B unit I forwarded to them.

This SF SD38 is the first one in this extension pack. I may have time to do more but that's a question of when the extension pack release occurs and whether or not Brainbom accepts them.

I'd be interested in your new layout. Sorry, but I've been busy with these textures.

Regards, Chris

Hi braibom,
I have a question to them,if i want reskin a aviable model and not want to lose model with original skin, what i have to do and how. In the descent series Freespace 1 and 2 iīd possiblity to create many models from fighter up to the capitalships.
Is that in RTR aviable?. And if i able to do this,do i have permission or have been forbitten? Question

Hi Peter,

You can follow the Gov's tutorials on skinning. They're found on his website --> Texture Tutorial.

Brainbom had best answer the second question himself but there might be a possibility that one can add a number of personally developed skins in the future.

Best regards, Chris

An attempt to model a Finnish tank car.

Note that this particular texture contains two other tank cars, RND Oil and JB (alcohol). Any suggestions would be welcome to replace those two.

An attempt at an European boxcar. I've added a fictitious Finnish VR logo.

As in the tank car texture, this texture contains additional van or boxcars. Any suggestions for the other boxcars other than to leave European stuff well enough alone? Very Happy

And back on my side of the pond I'm offering a streamlined railway post office in Santa Fe livery.

Day view:

Night view:

I should note that since window placement is asymmetrical, the windows of the car will not be aligned properly one side to the other. This is due to the fact that the texture contains one car side which is used to display both sides of the model.

My attempt to model the Santa Fe Super Chief Budd Pine Series 10-6 Sleeper Car. Some windows had to be 'drawn' since the light background does not match the texture.

Day view:

Night view:

Note to Brainbom: These two cars are based on P1319.
