Hi Maury,
You say chris is a master,itīs true. And you are a good adept, see chris and gov as the tutors for fans begin to make their own skins. If you have excellent expirience with them, you will go a step foreward and will try to create 3d-mods of your own.(sooner or later may be) Wink Smile

Hi Maury and Peter,

I've some experience learning how to add textures to this wonderful game/simulation that Brainbom has provided us with.

I'm equally pleased to see others willing to invest their own time to learn to offer their own contributions. To that end, I will gladly offer whatever assistance I can. Please don't hesistate to ask whatever questions you may have concerning texturing.

As you've already seen, some of the earlier models present texturing 'challenges.' Your intercity offering where the text is reversed is an example. Here's the Finnish engine and the wagon. You can see that there is an area on the texture that allows text to be entered that will be mirrored correctly on both sides of the engine. Granted it isn't faithful to the prototype but one must operate within the constraints of the model.

Hope this helps.

Best regards, Chris

Another candidate for a future extension pack. This is an East Camden and Hiland boxcar sporting some structural modifications not seen in my previous offerings.

Hello friends. I hope my rendering of a Canadian Goose isn't too 'fowl.' Wink (Sorry, I couldn't resist the bad pun!)

Here's my latest offering, an Oregon, Pacific, & Eastern boxcar.

Hi Peter,

Thanks! I've been trying to find prototype liveries that are visually interesting as well as colorful.

I'm really curious to see what Brainbom has in store for us with extension pack nine.

Best regards, Chris

Hi chris,
I hope and support for many next expansionspacks for RTR,more scenarios trains and hopefully more avtive members here in this forum. Gov,Willi,David S want to skin any rolling and standing stock. Dave,Don and i want to make the automized shunting as routing trains more and more perfect. May be i will able bring light in the secret how i add more different models,if i have permission to do it from the Brainbombers group.
