It might be time for Brainbom to consider validating file names during the save process to preclude the uses of spaces in layout names.

    Hi

What if you could have the spacebar put a _ character insted of a space that would solve the problem. If you try to use the _ character it puts a ? mark there and when you see your saved track in RTR there is a 1/2 character.

    Thanks Dave

Sorry but I strongly object to changing the space bar….

    Hi Everybody

I see i am in the dog house now because of a mistake i made on 12/16

maybe if possible we would have a Waring pop up when spacebar is hit ??? or maybe i will take a pin_knife and pry out the space bar on the key board 😆 😆

    little hobo :)

    Hi guys,

It’s not uncommon for input validation to be done to avoid the use of illegal characters, for data validation, etc.

The validation routine would be called as a step during the save process after the filename had been entered. You wouldn’t lose the functionality of your space bar 😆

    Regards, Chris

Thanks for clarifying that, but I would hate to loose any functions.

Well I better own up, I was just pulling your leg.

It would be nice if we could have more keyboard controls.
