How do you install rule the rail? I downloaded it and expanded it with windows expander but when I clicked on setup nothing happened. does anyone have any ideas on what the problem might be? Hi fishfin The best you extract the Ruletherail.zip to a directory named as: RTR-install and click on setup. The winexpander is an old man with alzheimer.
